Welcome to my blog and the Boo-Hoo-licious Blog Hop. I'm so glad you could join us!

There are some amazing ladies on this hop so please make sure you visit all the stops. You won't want to miss a thing.
If you are coming from Lina at Sweet Nothings Paper Co, you are right on track.

If you just came across my blog and would like to hop along, please start over with LIZ as she is our spooktacular hostess.

Here is the lineup in case you get lost:

For my project, I decided to to a vintage kind of Halloween tag.  The idea of a witch's ball gown kept popping into my head, so that is what I went with.

I started with a blank  #8 shipping tag and I used Spiced Marmalade,Shabby Shutters and Dusty Concord Tim Holtz distress inks.  I then used Lindy's Stamp Gang Wake Me Up Before You Go Gold Starburst Stain over the whole tag.

I then stamped a clock image striking the hour of midnight for the ball.  I added a long flourish stamp from Autumn Leaves and used the Spellbinders Labels #4 smallest die to make the tag that says "Witch's Ball" .  I colored the tag with Tim Holtz Dusty Concord Distress Ink and used the Lindy's Stamp Gang Starburst Stain again.

For the witch's dress, I used the Tim Holtz Sewing Room Die for the dressform in lightweight chipboard.  I embossed it with gold embossing powder and then started on the dress.  The dress was really fun to make and I even gave her a bust...Hehe...LOL  I used a black crocheted lace around the waist of her and added some rhinestone swirl bling and then some individual bling at the top of her dress.

For the bottom of the tag, I dyed some white lace I had using the Tim Holtz Dusty Concord ink pad and then I added some black lace and silver pearl beaded trim.

For the trims at the top of the tag, I used white seam binding and dyed them with the Spiced Marmalade and the Shabby Shutters Distress inks and added the same black lace trim from the bottom of the tag.

I hope you have enjoyed my project!  I had a lot of fun making it for this hop!

Thank you so much for hopping by and a huge thank you to Liz at Decade Of Scrap for allowing me to be a hop stop

This is the end of the hop!  Thank you all for coming and playing!!  :)
